The Sales Legacy teams focus is to provide tailored solutions based on each clients needs, it all starts with an introductory meeting and team building to meet the client and learn the team. Our team has the best coaches, Team members with degrees in education, research and development; to ensure that we are providing top tier content in the best format possible. Before a program is launch, it is meticulously reviewed by the entire team, and updated if needed.
Ensuring our clients don’t just grow, we provide the tools for them to keep growing. Once we finish the intensive part of coaching we provide ongoing support via 30/60/90 day check-ins via zoom. This allows us to make adjustments if needed, and keep things running in the right direction.
We are always available for our clients even after the session is over. Sales Legacy also provides a weekly newsletter and other downloadable resources free for all to use.
We expect our clients to take full advantage of the time and effort, participate in the workshops. The coaching program is more effective with complete team involvement.
Technology plays a vital role in coaching from presentations during the courses to our exclusive Pipeline Management App only available to Sales Legacy clients.
Our Pipeline Management Tool will give you the exact details for each rep, based on their performance on how they can not only hit their target, but exceed it.
In order to measure success, we first have to set the baseline on current metrics. This happens at the beginning of every coaching session in the form of audits and checklists to review current performance, current strategies, CRM effectiveness, etc.
This is also a service we offer at no charge for anyone looking to improve their overall sales team. Once this is completed, you then have a choice to make the improvements yourself or partner with Sales Legacy.
